  I recieved delivery of a meat pack on the evening of 28th Dec and on the morning of 31st Dec the rib eye steaks were green. The remaining meat suspiciously dark. I froze all the meat that day and I contacted the owner Mark Kane who would only agree to replace the green meat. Despite my fears of giving food poisoning to my family from this meat. The driver came with my replacement steaks on tue 9th Jan and i returned all the unopened packs to be replaced. Mark contacted me on Wed 10th Jan and said the rib eye were indeed off and that the rest of the meat was fine and he would return it on Thurs 11th Jan. I asked had the meat been kept frozen since leaving my house which he replied it had not and asked would he re freeze it? I was horrified that he would even suggest this. I requested replacement meat but he refused. On top of all this when I inspected the packaging I noticed it all had been labelled packed on the 29th Dec. And yet I recieved the meat on the 28th Dec. It makes me wonder when was it ever packed?? I have still to receive replacement meat and the corrispondance I have had with Mark Kane the owner has been nothing short of rude. My advice. Avoid at all costs.
